I have been dealing with obstructive sleep apnea for the last couple of years, and after trying a basic CPAP machine that wasn’t very comfortable, I ended up going for the AirSense 10 AutoSet. The difference is night and day.
The auto-adjusting pressure is really gentle, and the humidifier + heated tube combo has ensured that my nose gets only a little dry compared to my old machine. The gradual start after falling asleep is something that I like very much – it makes it easier to sleep. Additionally, the noise is at a minimum level – my wife is quiet now, no more complaints from her!
Every morning I look at myAir app data and it is a good indicator of my sleeping quality. Still less than 2 AHI.
Definitely a bargain. Good quality, convenient for travel, and 5 minutes to set up. If you are really into treatment, I would suggest that you get it.

At first, I was quite reluctant to buy a CPAP machine that expensive, but now, after using it for 3 weeks, my heart is full with happiness and I can only say that ResMed AirSense 10 AutoSet went beyond all my expectations.
The Tripack box has all the necessary components – heated tube, humidifier, filters – and even setting up for a first-time user was very easy. The AutoSet feature eliminates the need to concern myself with the pressure settings; it will continuously change on its own during the night.
Besides, I’ve detected a phenomenal reduction in the tiredness that used to affect me during the day, and the snoring (according to my husband) is really only the memory of it. The sound is very quiet and the weight of the product is perfect.
The only thing that I regret is that I did not get it earlier. This instrument is undoubtedly a godsend to those who suffer from a sleep disorder such as sleep apnea of moderate to severe intensity.
